I work with visionary leaders, high achievers, professionals, educators and parents who want to feel seen and heard, guiding you to access your WHY, master your emotions and improve your communication skills. 


 

Understanding my clients’ WHY and their purpose has always been instinctive. I’ve been highly empathic, perceptive and intuitive since early childhood – it’s my superpower.

 

I’ve helped hundreds of people and businesses over the years. As an (ex) senior corporate lawyer and partner, I advised CEOs of start-ups, through to working with teams in listed $MM organisations, and as a qualified complementary therapist, supported clients using emotions and energy-based therapies.

 

I’m an experienced, qualified (LCH Dip Level 7) Emotional Intelligence & Insights Coach, supporting my clients in achieving their objectives. I will listen to, guide and challenge you to achieve rapid breakthroughs and progress towards your ultimate outcome. 

 

I live in the UK countryside with 1 husband, 2 daughters, 5 goldfish, 4 shrimp (don't ask), 1 impressive sound system (priorities) and a cat who thinks he’s a dog.
